THIRD VENTRICULAR CYSTS CASE REPORT
by Admin Bedah Solo - Monday, 26 March 2018, 02:51 PM

Ventricular III lies at the center of the brain. This ventricle is surrounded by a variety of important nuclear structures (hypothalamus and thalamus) as well as important glandular struntures (pituitary and pineal gland). Although pathological processes may involve the third ventricle, most are extrinsic masses such as cysts. By understanding the anatomical structure of the ventricle III and its association with adjacent structures, it may be helpful to determine the differential diagnosis of tumors in this structure.1
